How It Works

  1. Set goals so big they scare you! Through a detailed pre-screening process we commit to your health & fitness focus for your MLF Coaching experience.

  2. Follow the program custom created for you in our easy to use mobile app.

  3. Learn along the way to improve your processes everyday. Healthy habits are the key to lasting results.

  4. Stay on track! We’ve got you covered. This is one on one personal coaching, you have direct access to me, Megan.
